By changing from traditional chemical corrosion etching to high-precision laser marking, we achieve cost reduction and shorter delivery times.

In outdoor environments where oil and chemicals are frequently used, stainless steel corrosion-etched nameplates have been adopted. However, the existing corrosion etching process involves many steps, making it difficult to reduce costs and shorten delivery times. Our company recommends using laser-marked nameplates made from black SUS "Abel Black" as an alternative to corrosion-etched nameplates. Compared to corrosion etching, this method requires less working time and fewer processes, achieving cost reduction. Additionally, laser etching generates no waste liquid, resulting in lower environmental impact. For companies currently using corrosion-etched nameplates, let's switch to laser-etched nameplates to achieve lower environmental impact and cost reduction.
